I dealt with Johnny Cheung and what the pleasant experience it was. I showed him all discounts available and he didn't even try to reduce them. Just accepted and gave me additional discount. I've saved 4k+tax. Very easy. I had leased and purchased many cars before but never had such an easy experience.

When they know that you have the wholesale price available, they will either show interest or just ignore you. If they show interest, then the rest is easy. Always follow the guideline of 3% above the wholesale price as a starter.

Domenic offered a no-hustle buying experience and delivered on that promise. I really like the redesigned B200. We test drove the vehicle when it first came out and this one is better and cheaper. It is a very compact car (easy to park in the garage) and at the same time, very roomy and comfortable inside. The steering is better than the original model and the handling is good for a slightly taller vehicle.

This was the dealer that Car Cost forwarded the report. This made for an easy negotiation. My advice is know what car you want and shop at a few dealers and then negotiate on the last day of the month. Everyone needs to hit quota these days.

When you order, don't expect the car very soon because of the popularity. It took nearly 6 months for our car to arrive. It may be better now, but last June when we ordered we were told upfront that it would take a while.

I used my Wholesale Price Report to learn about the current manufacturer incentives. That allowed me to have more time to consider them, instead of learning about them only while speaking to the sales rep.

I stick to the same sales rep because things go smoother. They know you and you know them so it makes the actual sale trivial. I just said that I looked up the wholesale price and explained that I knew that they need to turn a profit too. I gave him an all-in price with tax I was looking for and he said sign here. Done.

The dealer would not honour car cost canada pre-negotiated price because I had visited another dealer before obtaining the CCC pricing. [The dealer] claimed there really is no pre-negotiated CCC pricing and gave me a discount reluctantly, with much negotiating. Not the hassle free purchase I had hoped.
