Got my vehicle trade in appraised by them. E-mailed them a few days later and said that I had become a member here and knew the base price, which they quickly confirmed. I said I was willing to make a fair deal for both parties and she was very receptive. Never once felt like I was being forced to buy the car. Did minimal haggling after showing her the papers from CCC. Overall great experience. Saved around $1500. | | |

I picked VW Georgetown because Mark was a great guy to deal with and he was willing to negotiate from the beginning and compete vs other dealers I was talking to at the time. Many other dealers did not want to deal with me over email so I told them thats how it was going to be & if they did not like it I would stop talking to them. Needless to say a few of them actually decided to negotiate over email but the fact that they did not want to left me with a negative look on their dealership and they lost my business. | | |

I went to the VW Mississauga dealership and the sales person ignored the CarCostCanada report and the fact that I already obtained a good quote...and gave me only a meager $200.00 discount. I managed to get a $1200 discount from VW Georgetown and I went with them. | | |
