Buying a 2012 Toyota Tundra, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
I chose Westminster Toyota because it was close to my residence and I thought I would try to support local business. There seemed to be a constant pressure put on the customer to commit before they would even discuss price.
I'm sure the wholesale information I received in your report served me well for when the sales rep asked where I got the dealer cost information negotiations moved along at a little faster pace and he was not quite so fixed on his MSRP.
The price of the membership was well spent.
I also was also communicating with Greg at Hallmark Ford as a Ford was my second choice. I cannot say enough at how professional Greg was and how much effort he put into making sure that I received as many choices as I needed to make an informed decision. If you're looking for a Ford in the lower mainland talk to Hallmark first.
The GM dealer phoned about 3 days after my on line inquiry, promised some information but never carried through on his promise.
