West End Nissan was very easy to deal with. Traded in an old vehicle and paid the difference in cash.

Buying a 2011 Nissan Rogue, and saving $5000 off of MSRP.
Dealership experience was acceptable. Test drive, Business office, Delivery were good. During initial negotiation, they (the sales rep & sale manager), never mentioned that there's a $4,000 factory rebate when we advised them we would consider paying cash. All they could do was to take off $1,000. Glad we walked away from it and then did some research on Car Cost Canada finding out about the $4,000 & their invoice pricing. Another dealer in town, Ericksen, we then visited, were completely upfront about the $4,000 rebate and even the invoice pricing. The sale rep, his name is Audi (yes a Nissan Rep), was very honest and professional. Unfortunately, we could not get the color we wanted at this dealership. We have to go back to the original dealership to get the color we wanted. We told them about the $4,000 rebate that we now have found out, they had no choice but to take $4,000 off, plus another $500 off the MSRP.
