When I mentioned to the dealer that I was a CarCostCanada member, they automatically gave me an additional $800 off their dealer discount (usually $1750 off retail price).

I initially went to the Burlington dealership - the sales rep that I met there, had no interest in selling me a car, I asked him to tell me a little bit about the car, he asked me what did I want to know, I asked him what did he have available on the lot - he said whatever I see - it just got worse from there and I left not wanting a Mercedes. He didn't even mention the factory incentive that was going on with the car. After some urging from a friend, I went to Oakville - I was treated like a valued customer - no cars were available however, they did a dealer trade (not mentioned in Burlington) all the details of the car were reviewed, I was advised about the factory incentive discount and all my questions were answered. I didn't get things thrown back in my face, like I did in Burlington.
