I called the dealership over the phone and asked to speak to a sales rep. I told the rep I was a Car Cost Canada member, and believed his wholesale price to be $x on the model I was interested in. I told him I wanted to make a fair deal for both of us and that I was willing to pay 4 % above wholesale, and asked him if he could make that deal. Robert and this dealership was willing to make the deal. Previously I had contacted other dealers, who were unwilling to sell me this vehicle at a 4 % markup. So be willing to shop around to get the deal you want. | | |
