I chose Kentwood Ford because of this invoice system from cars cost canada and Kentwood never tried to charge me more and they go with the invoice plus $100.00 above invoice price that was a great deal. Thank you for recommending them.

Print the CarCost invoice report and show it to the salesman and they only charge $100 above cost.

Amina from Edmonton, AB reported on Saturday, April 30, 2011, buying a 2011 Ford Escape, and saving $2,500 off of MSRP.
Car Cost Canada has been extremely helpful in help me understand the mark-up and all the manipulation that goes with buying/leasing a car. The reports gave me a great insight into putting a reasonable offer and tailoring payment options. However, I chose to purchase Ford Escape due to my previous experience with Ford. It is a great car! But most importantly, I would like to recommend SCOTTY OLSON of the Kentwood Ford because of his customer first approach and professionalism. He was very candid and straightforward with his approach; he promised and got us a great deal. But as person, he is honest, courteous, humble and has a great temperment. In my opinion, He is the BEST SALESMAN at Kentwood Ford or any Ford dealership has to offer. I strongly encourage you see Scotty Olson if you are going to buy Ford. Thank you

Scott from Edmonton, AB reported on Wednesday, July 08, 2009, buying a 2009 Ford Escape, and saving $9,000 off of MSRP.
Savings included Ford Family Discount. Kentwood Ford, Edmonton - Excellent to deal with. Extremely forthcoming with information. Understood the Car Cost Canada system of purchasing

David from St. Albert, AB reported on Tuesday, September 02, 2008, buying a 2009 Ford Escape, and saving $2,500 off of MSRP.
The dealer knew about CarCostCanada and and how the process worked, so it was all very straight-forward. Knowing the mark-up on options and accessories is also helpful when organizing a purchase.

zsolt from slave lake, AB reported on Sunday, December 09, 2007, buying a 2008 Ford Escape, and saving $3,000 off of MSRP.
Jeff and sales associate Kevin were excellent. We live 2 1/2 hours north of Edmonton so our car shopping time was limited. My wife and I did our homework with the online help of car cost Canada and found exactly what we wanted, a 2008 ford escape limited. We were seriously considering going south of the border to maximize value, but it just did'nt add up. Thanks car cost Canada and thanx Kentwood Ford we will certainly use your services again.

I offered 2% above invoice, and he accepted without argument. The one thing I didn't consider is the "admin fee" they like to add on. So be wary of the admin fee (about $450) when you make your offer.

The price report just gives you all the facts so its much quicker and easier to negotiate a fair price without any high pressure tactics as you have all the facts. We offered 3% above invoice as that seemed reasonable to us and the dealership did not try to haggle it. We ended up with Sport Trac due to the combination of incentives on the vehicle and and 0% financing. Although we did like the Nissan frontier more we could not justify the $200 a month payment increase over 5 years.

Salem was very straight forward and honest. Talked to both my wife and I in equal fashion and was very comfortable in the whole experience with Salem. The rest of the experience was top notch. We took in the report showed him where we were comfortable with numbers and Salem did the rest for us. Very positive experience.

Chris from Spruce Grove, AB reported on Friday, December 30, 2011, buying a 2011 Ford F-150, and saving $10,000 off of MSRP.
Bought a new F-150 limited from Kentwood Ford. I was very impressed with their service. They contacted me after I pulled the report from CarCost Canada. There was no messing around or games, I would recomend this dealer to anyone. They delt with me very well.

Kenneth from Edmonton, AB reported on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, buying a 2011 Ford F-150, and saving $5,000 off of MSRP.
Friendly, patient sales rep. Very helpful. Quick responses to my questions.

Michael from Grande Prairie, AB reported on Thursday, April 01, 2010, buying a 2010 Ford F-150, and saving $5,000 off of MSRP.
Derik said that he priced at $500 above Car Cost Canada wholesale. When I met with him he would either order in or match a truck on the lot. We found one on the lot that matched my truck build and I got it a $36 above Car Cost wholesale price. They also have a referal program that if you refer a person that buys (even wholesale) the dealer sends a referal cheque for $300 1st referal, $400 2nd and $500 for each referal there after. Great deal, good people.

BRIAN from SHERWOOD PARK, AB reported on Wednesday, February 25, 2009, buying a 2009 Ford F-150, and saving $10,000 off of MSRP.
Kentwood Ford was straight up when it came to pricing. When I presented the CCC reports, they respected the research I had done. Combined with the available incentives (hey, Ford's having a tough time selling pickups), Kentwood's final price on an 09 Lariat F-150 was 11,000 off the listed retail. I was considering a Toyota Tundra, but the best price I could get on an 09 Tundra CrewMax was 10,000 higher than the F-150. Toyota quality may, arguably, be better, but it's not worth 10K.

Mark from Edmonton, AB reported on Sunday, August 17, 2008, buying a 2009 Ford Flex, and saving $8,000 off of MSRP.
The Price report gave me the info on how the Ford Family Pricing worked. It allowed me to calculate what the dealer gets from Ford, and then negotiate from there. Also, not a single Ford dealership (I went to 5) told me about the $1500 Loyalty discount on the Flex since I was already a Ford owner. This was found money because Car Cost Canada listed this rebate in my Price report. I phoned Ford Canada to confirm this rebate, then went to buy my vehicle with total confidence. The negotiation was painless, because I went in with all of the information! Thanks, I will tell everyone I know about this service. It's the only way to buy a vehicle and feel that you have made the best deal!

We helped my mother-in-law purchase this car. She is happy with her purchase but did not purchase one off the lot; she ordered one with the color and options she wanted.

M.W. from St Albert, AB reported on Friday, September 18, 2009, buying a 2010 Ford Fusion, and saving $5,000 off of MSRP.
Dealer acknowledged the Car Cost Canada report. Savings totally due to Manufacturer rebates. Dealer charged $500 administration fees. Dealer offers free oil changes for life if you service your car there (this is offered with all new vehicles).
