Our experience with Stephen Shao was exceptional. He was very efficient and kind throughout the process at the dealership. The thing I liked the most is that he told me before we arrived how long we would be at the dealership the day we picked up the CR-V. He had the car all ready for us and went through the features with me. All the paperwork for purchase etc. was all ready for us to sign and he also had the insurance person at the dealership waiting for us when it came time to insure the vehicle.
