I chose this dealership because of the honest and respectful treatment I received from the sales rep. My initial choice of vehicle was a Toyota Corolla but I was consistently disgusted by the high-pressure tactics I was subjected to at every single Toyota dealership I visited.I truly appreciated the honesty and total lack of pressure to sign a deal. The price of the Cobalt was already close to rock-bottom so there wasn't much need for negotiation. The $7500 price difference between the Cobalt and the Corolla Sport I originally wanted was a huge incentive to buy GM and to tell the truth, I don't see all that much difference in quality. As far as the Wholesale Price Report goes, none of the sales reps I showed them to were very impressed or really cared about them. I actually got my Cobalt at substantially less than the wholesale price. The "preferred dealers" listed are no different than any other sales people, so don't bother calling them first. I actually got the best offer on a Corolla at the first dealership I walked in to, without knowing the wholesale price, before joining Car Cost Canada. The Toyota "preferred dealership" actually wouldn't budge beyond a couple of bucks from the MSRP. My advice is just to low-ball them and stick to your guns. |  | |
