Both times we went to Hyatt Infiniti to shop for a vehicle, the sales people were so rude and arrogant that we did not want to go back there to purchase the vehicle. We decided to shop online and were able to negotiate the full purchase through Ericksen Infiniti in Edmonton through their internet sales process. Mike Grayston was great to deal with. The only negative with the purchase was that we had to go up to Edmonton to pick up the vehicle, which really wasn't that bad considering the sales people at Hyatt Infiniti were so arrogant to deal with. The other bad thing is that warranty issues have to be brought to an Infiniti dealership which means we end up going to Hyatt Infiniti Service and they are even worse than the sales people there. The Wholesale Price Report gave us a good barometer of what promos were on and how much we could ask for so the report was very helpful in our negotiations. We ended up getting an even better deal than expected just due to the time of year. | | |

Once I made my choice of vehicle, I priced the identical vehicles at 4 different locations. I told each dealership to price the vehicle as no money down and amortized over 60 months. WOW! I had offers that ranged from a high of $879/month to $777/month for the identical vehicle at the same interest rate. Some car salesman should be selling snake oil! They were the only dealer in the city who sold Infiniti and if the deal wasn't reasonable I would have driven to another dealer. Overall experience was better than I expected. I didn't let the dealer know that I had a wholesale report, but I was able to ensure the price I negotiated and before I committed to the deal was good. | | |

I was in the market for an AWD sport sedan and this is the car I liked best. After testing the BMW 328xi, Audi A4 2.0T, Cadillac CTS4, and Infiniti G37x I found the Infiniti to be the best value for the money not to mention the best performing! The nearest dealer for me happened to be Erickson Infiniti Nissan and after buying a car there I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly sales people and the ultimate in customer service! As for the car cost report; piece of mind is the best way to describe it. Knowing I got the best deal is only possible with a car cost report. | | |

Use wholesale price report as starting point to negotiate although they say the car is 2012 model and the Car Cost Canada price is for 2011 model. Also the incentive rebate has expired or not applied to 2012 model. Very short supply and in demand now. Use the dealer because it is the only dealer in town. The vehicle has good review in car magazines and is what I am looking for. | | |
