He lied through his teeth telling them that their expired Costco card would get them a further $1000. On their invoice, it was written $1000 MFGR Rebate, but he never send PENDING Costco approval. I went to two other dealerships to compare prices and the best they could come up with was $1,000 off MSRP. To get this price any lower, if at all, would have required the usual back and forth nonsense we all love. I called the dealership and contact name from my CarCostCanada report, Vineet Midha of East-Court Ford. He said he would sell the car to me for the Dealer Cost price from my report, no questions asked. Our experience at East-Court was excellent. On entering the dealership we were greeted by one of their Sales and Leasing Consultants, Raj Talwar. He is now our prime contact for any follow-up while we wait for the delivery of our vehicle. There was no pressure and there were no surprises. | | |
