Near the end of the negotiations I mention the Car Cost Canada report with the amount of mark-up and what I was willing to pay. I got a little off but they over valued my trade in ( which I knew they were giving me more than what it was really worth). Jackie worked hard to get us the financing that other dealers couldn’t seem to get us and sold us some upgrades at their cost (i.e. wind deflectors). |  | |
