| Darren from Brampton, ON reported on Thursday, January 10, 2008, buying a 2008 Land Rover LR3, and saving $6,000 off of MSRP. We have dealt with this dealer for a very long time. I just wanted to get an idea of the cost of the vehicle for my own knowledge for negotiations. | ![]() | |

| Len from Toronto, ON reported on Sunday, December 18, 2011, buying a 2011 Land Rover LR4, and saving $6,000 off of MSRP. Dealer was close by. The wholesale report was not that useful as you only had 2011 in it for November incentives and yet it was December and all the dealerships only had 2012 models. I had to improvise. | ![]() | |

| Dennis from Barrie, ON reported on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, buying a 2009 Jaguar XF, and saving $7,000 off of MSRP. Once I knew the net cost and allowed for a reasonable profit I obtained quotes from 3 Jaquar Dealers. Two dealers provided no allowance for incentives, while Budd's allowed 3000 for the incentives. I decided to negotiate from Budd's exclusively based on the quotes. I counter offered and 2 days later they called and accepted. Budd's also spend the most time convincing me on the car and presented the best arguments to buy now. I did not mention the Wholesale Price Report to the dealer but used it to predetermine my acceptable price. | ![]() | |
