The salesman was very professional. There was never any pressure and he allowed us to drive it as long and often as we wanted to ensure that this was the vehicle for us. In addition, the extended warranty, rust/paint/upholstery protection and maintenance packages were superior to other offers from other North American car dealers. |  | |

I had the information regarding my choice of vehicle with pricing readily available with choice of options. I asked Sales rep to price the unit. The only change was that I selected a moon roof as an extra. He priced the unit and I immediatly countered with a lower offer. As expected he had to go to his supervisor for approval. It was granted and we lost the deal immediately on a unit in stock with color choice etc. Very happy with the unit's performance. I drive an average of, no less than 1,000KM a week. | | |

Do your research, know what you want, use the report given by car cost canada to your advantage. They may not want to look at the report itself but it gives you leverage to negotiate. Always, Always read the numbers, all the numbers not just your monthly payment because they ask what you are looking at for a monthly payment then work the numbers to get you that payment! Know what you want to pay for the vehicle and get that price or go to another dealer that will give you what you want! There are lots of dealers out there and not one is the same! |  | |
