Buying a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, and saving $3000 off of MSRP.
All the transactions, other than picking up the vehicle, were done via email. We live in Kenora, Ontario and the dealership is in Ottawa, Ontario, about 2000 km away. The arrangements worked out exactly as had been negotiated and the vehicle was ready to be picked up at the time we had prearranged. The whole process was simple and straightforward. Staff at the dealership were helpful in orienting us to the new features of the vehicle and following up to see if there was anything else we needed.
